Prosecution of 'leave EU' representatives of the 23/6/16 EU referendum for Fraud

Petition Details

We request prosecution of the Leave the European Union representatives of the 23 June 2016 EU referendum for Fraud by false representation (s2 Fraud Act 2006) to the public of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Additional Information

On Thursday 23 June 2016 the EU referendum took place and the people of the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union. Within 48 hours of the results being announced, headline policies from the leave side have been revoked. The representatives made representation knowing that it is, or might be, untrue or misleading.

Example false representations are:
- £350m saved will be spent on NHS will not be met
- EU immigration may not be controlled
- Timeframe for leaving the EU
