Allow Scotland to hold an Independence Referendum, if the PM triggers Article 50

Petition Details

In the recent EU Referendum, the UK as a whole voted by a narrow margin to leave the EU, whereas Scotland voted by a large margin to remain. In the circumstances, Scotland should be given another opportunity to vote on whether to remain in the UK or not, and thus leave or stay in the EU.
