government should work with these charities and agencies o establish a safe child-centered framework.
no access for abusers who score high risk on the dassh.
no access where a marac has been held or the abused has had to take a child into refuge.
supervised 1:1 access for moderate to low risk abusers aftr dassh assessment.
regular drug tests for drug users.
supervised 1:1 access as minimum requirement where domestic abuse is cited.
no access where threats have been made to mame molest or kill a child.
