Don't serve Article 50 notice to trigger EU exit and demise of Union Jack.
Young vote seems to trend to REMAIN so by the time exit implemented more people living in UK will favour remain. Vote is informative only so data should be interpreted for long term will of people. Also, voters may have been misled on immigration, £350 m. for NHS and other consequences.
