Honour the result of the democratic EU Referendum held on 23 June 2016.
We, the undersigned, call upon HM Government to fulfill the mandate they now have to implement the UK's exit from the EU and move forward confidently to maintain the UK as a strong, liberal and welcoming country outside the EU but having strong trade & political relations world-wide, incl. Europe.
We are keen to move towards a UK which is free to trade with markets across the world, which maintains a high standard of welfare, environmental, equality and employment protections, and which welcomes controlled immigration from across Europe and the rest of the world. We look forward to being a true global economy.
This petition has been set up in response to the "EU Referendum rules triggering a 2nd EU Referendum" petition to give a voice to those who want to support the referendum result.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
