Parliament must consider a second EU referendum once the Brexit terms are known
When the EU referendum took place the exact terms and therefore consequences of Brexit were not clear. Wild assumptions and half-truths were peddled, the public was unable to make a balanced informed decision. Once the terms are clearly agreed and can be understood, another referendum must be held
