Additional Information

Benefits should only apply to UK passport holders and included in that is the NHS/Education system. They could if they wished to do so make it that all non UK residents have to pay a minimum of 5 years tax/NI before any benefit is due and that should be limited to the NHS/Education. All other benefits should not be applicable to Non UK passportholders, and this should also apply to all dependents.
