The Right To Speak With an M.P.

Additional Information

The Bill of Rights 1689 clearly states we have a right to petition the monarch without fear however The High Courts of London have circumnavigated Parliamentary procedure enforcing court injunctions with chilling fear preventing people in The United Kingdom from speaking to Members of Parliament.

Freedom of speech is guaranteed by article 9 of The Bill of Rights 1689. Freedom of speech and debates or proceedings in parliament ought not to be impeached or questioned in any court or place out of parliament

Parliamentary powers and The Bill of Rights 1689 are being circumnavigated by judiciary secret court injunctions preventing the public and others access to Parliament procedure.

Demands by the court are preventing members of parliament bringing to attention of The House via The Speaker matters of public concern. Such injunctions prevent the Prime Minister and opposition leaders any chance to debate what the court are concealing.
