Invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon treaty and start 'leave' negotiations now.
The overwhelming majority of people want to leave the EU as shown clearly by the referendum vote and delaying implementation just demonstrates the contempt of the political classes for the Sovereign people of Great Britain.
David Cameron promised to implement Article 50 straight away if we the people voted out. That criteria has been fulfilled but as usual the political elite has reneged on its promise.
Article 50 starts the process of leave negotiations with the EU.
