Petition Action

Invoke Article 50 of Lisbon Treaty immediately.

Petition Details

We, the undersigned, confirm that the United Kingdom 2016 Referendum on membership of the European Union was fair, legal, unhindered and that the result represents the majority of UK voters.
We, therefore, demand that the British Government invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty immediately.

Additional Information

Any delay in invoking Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty will, as time passes, weaken our position of strength and dilute our bargaining power to achieve the best possible exit agreements necessary to move the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland forward into economic growth and financial stability.
Prime Minister David Cameron has resigned from his position and an emergency leader must be put in place immediately to carry out the wishes of the majority of UK citizens.
