Parliament to debate whether to remain in the EU - Referendum was only advisory
Whether to remain in or leave the EU is a momentous and very complex decision which should be decided by Parliament. Parliament should not be bound by the outcome of a merely advisory Referendum based on what was just a snapshot of people's views, some of which have reportedly since changed.
