Change law so 16-17's can vote in referendum 2 or election on EU membership.
Leaving the EU will materially affect 16-17's. They are intellectually capable of digesting the background and affects on them. It is materially unfair to disenfranchise them in a further referendum about membership or an election in which EU membership is at stake.
16-17's should be granted a vote
