Extend the right to vote to 16 - 17 year olds for UK elections and referendums.

Petition Details

The referendum on Scottish independence demonstrated that 16 and 17 year olds were perfectly capable of making informed political decisions. In order to give the next generation a voice and to engage them in the political process it is essential that they are given the vote.
