Hold a referendum on completed negotiations for the UK's departure from the EU.
Both campaigns before the referendum were poor. Many voters, especially those who voted to leave, later regretted their votes. Given the complexity and unpredictability of negotiations, the people have as much right to approve the final deal as they did to make the decision to leave.
