Rename the Bank of England to better represent UK

Additional Information

The Bank of England is the central bank for the whole of the UK; however its current name promotes a separatist view of the UK.

By changing the name to be more inclusive, such as Bank of the United Kingdom, it will more clearly define its role and promote wider integration of the various states of the UK.
