The referendum turnout was 72%: 28% of the electorate didn't vote. The referendum asked if we should change the status quo, by leaving the EU. 52% (37% of the electorate) voted Leave and 48% (35%) voted Remain. When added to the 28% who did not vote, 63% of the electorate do not support Leave.
