Referendum on the Danish option for UK devolved regions to remain in the EU

Petition Details

Mainland Denmark is in the EU, whilst devolved Greenland and Faroe Islands are in Danemark but not in the EU.

We request that the regions that voted RemaIN, should remain part of the EU, and the regions that voted leave, to be outside the EU, without breaking up the UK.

Additional Information

We hereby call on the elected representatives of all the areas that voted RemaIN to negotiate with the EU to enable our clearly expressed wishes to remain EU citizens, and to press the UK government to explore all possible options in our relationship with the EU.

We request that the UK government hold a new referendum on all realistic possible options for the relationship between the UK and the EU, before the UK government starts the formal process for the UK to leave the EU.
