Prevent a PM of UK from exiting the the EU from results of the last referendum .
This is deemed to block the PM from taking any action from an advisory referendum regarding whether the UK should remain part of the EU.
As this is not a legally binding referendum, it should therefore be in the best interest of the UK to have a legally binding second referendum on whether the UK should remain in the EU where a minimum majority of 60% of the vote and an overall turnout of at least 75% is required to progress on begin proceedings to leave the EU.
