Repeal the Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA 1998)
To repeal the HRA 1998 because it has been misapplied by the courts in many decisions relating to crime, the right to remain in the UK of illegal immigrants when they should be expelled. The Act has also been used by the wealthy to create super-injunctions to supress the human right of free-speech of the poor.
The human rights of the citizens of middle England and the United Kingdom have not been enhanced by the provisions contained within this Act and that is why I am calling for its repeal.
