Ban all forms of personal credit Except mortgages on first homes.

Additional Information

In order to help solve the present financial crisis and prevent a further occurence. Ban all forms of personal credit except a mortgage on first homes. Althought this would be painfull to start with it would encourage a culture of only living within ones means. The credit bubble would disapear. A culture of fiscal responsibility would become the norm, savers not spenders. This would also drive down prices in the shops.
