Advance payment of benefits instead of arrears

Additional Information

I/We ask HM Government to consider payment of DLA and other benefits to be paid in advance instead of arrears, thus meeting the needs of today and tomorrow.

The current system requires credit, loans.... to help faciliate the cost of living until either the entitled benefits or salary is received.
