Parliament should not invoke article 50 and should not take the UK out of the EU

Petition Details

The referendum on EU membership was an advisory vote only.
It concerned a major constitutional change for which a 2/3 majority would normally be required. The choice of the electorate rigged the vote as 16-17 year olds were excluded as were Britons abroad and EU citizens in the country.

Additional Information

The electorate should either be based on residence - all those living in the UK (as the Scottish one) Or Nationality. By excluding both Foreign citizens in the UK and British who had been abroad for > 15 years. The vote excluded those most benefiting from remain.
Excluding 16 and 17 year olds who have more to loose again led to a false result. On top of this we had lies by the leave campaigners. Most evident by the claim refuted 1 hour post vote that 350million a week would go to the NHS
