Way of Life campaign
This is a petition to see how courses of human Universal values such as respect for one another, honesty, dignity, caring so on and so forth can be incorporated in the national curriculum for children from age 5, to try and tackle the problem of violence and anti-social behaviour at its roots, and try and prevent the very disturbing scenes we've all witnessed recently during the riots from re-occuring again in that way.
We believe many young people in our communities grow up lacking such basic values. As a result of this they end up growing up without any ethics and morals. It makes it difficult for them to make the difference between right and wrong. I believe Education in a set of basic human values from a very young age, can help our young children become very responsible adults who take full part in their community's and country's life.
