Put the final decision on Brexit to vote in Parliament
Given how close the EU referendum result was, the final decision should be put to vote in Parliament, whereby MPs can reflect on their constituents' votes, but also take into account the opinions of their younger constituents who weren't eligible to vote.
Tottenham MP David Lammy said "The referendum was an advisory, non-binding referendum ... Parliament now needs to decide whether we should go forward with Brexit." (http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/brexit-second-eu-referendum-petition-hits-three-million-signatures-latest-a7103956.html)
UKIP Leader Nigel Farage said “In a 52-48 referendum this would be unfinished business by a long way." (http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/nigel-farage-wants-second-referendum-7985017)
