Those receiving unemployment benefits should be made to carry out community service to receive it.
Those currently claiming job seeker's allowance should be made to carry out community work for there local area in order to receive their allowance.
Those refusing to carry out community service for there allowance should be denied of there job seeker's allowance to ensure that there isn’t anyone taking the benefits that don’t neither deserve nor need it.
Due to the fact that it’s there to aid unemployed people financially, whilst they look for new jobs would mean that it would only be appropriate for them to carry out a small amount of community work to receive the allowance still giving them spare time to look for employment.
This would ensure that the taxpayer’s money is still being spent on the community and at the same time still helping those currently needing financial support whilst unemployed.
