Binge drinking
There is no incentive to drink responsibly which results in the degrading media pictures and stories. It is also a huge financial burden on the police & NHS. If a drunk needs any help from the NHS and/or Police then they should be charged the true costs for that event. A hospital and/or Police bill of hundreds of pounds will then prove a deterrent.
