2nd EU referendum: if the EU was to change itself would the UK want to remain?
The EU referendum provided two stark options: Leave without any condition of what may happen. Or stay without any condition on how the EU could better operate. The close result means many people will be unhappy with either of the outcomes, which appears to be tearing apart the country.
