Her Majesty instruct Ministers and Parliament to enact EU Referendum decision.
The Queen as Head of State may instruct her ministers when she believes this to be in the interests of the United Kingdom and her subjects. The will of the people has been unequivocally expressed in the June 23 referendum, yet Ministers and Parliament are calling it into question.
