Demand Parliament invokes article 50 before August 2016 triggering EU exit
We, the undersigned, demand that Parliament respect the will of the People of the United Kingdom as expressed in June 23rd 2016 and invoke article 50 triggering an exit from the EU before August 2016.
There are growing concerns that Parliament will put itself above the people and will find ways to avoid invoking article 50 triggering formal EU exit. This petition is another opportunity for the voice of the people to be heard. The referendum of June 23 2016 was unequivocal and as a result we expect Parliament to act in accordance with the vote and not manipulate the population to its own will or purpose.
