David Cameron Must Not Resign, He must stay and help sort the mess out.
After the Brexit vote went to leave EU side. I think it's important for him to stay as the PM, he is the best person to deal with the EU. Lets not make it any worst then it is already.

The resignation of an individual Minister, including the Prime Minister, is not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole. It is a decision for the individual concerned. The UK Government or Parliament cannot stop a Minister resigning.
