legalize oppisite sex civil partnerships + same sex marriage

Additional Information

This petition is for the government to legalize oppisite sex civil partnerships and same sex marriage. At the moment marriage is for the oppisite sex and civil partnerships for the same sex. This is unfair as both sexes should be given both marriage and civil partnerships by the government. It would also be great if the government could give the public a national referendum as well.
