Parliament to not implement the EU result pending an inquiry into its impact
Given the split vote on UK's EU membership & the tumultuous effect on markets, economy, UK's foreign policy, internal cohesion and national well-being, Parliament should commission research on the consequences of exit & the referendum mechanism & propose national measures to address voter concerns
