HM Government gives, forthwith, notice to the EU of the UK's decision to leave.
Following the success of the Leave Campaign in the recent referendum, We the undersigned call upon HM Government to give, forthwith, formal notification of the UK's intention to leave the European Union. As required by Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.
