All of the UK should be entitled to vote in the Scottish Referendum.
The Scottish referendum, in which the Scottish people voted to remain or leave the United Kingdom, was held only for Scottish people. This is a decision which effects not only Scotland, but also England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Any future referendum should include all of the United Kingdom.
