Petition Action

Repeat of Referendum vote in light of misleading claims by the Leave campaign.

Petition Details

We the undersigned believe that we have voted incorrectly in the EU Referendum due to the false claims made by the Leave campaign and call upon HM Government to void the results and give us the opportunity to vote again in light of the facts that have now become available.

Additional Information

It appears that many votes in the EU Referendum have been cast on the basis of incomplete, false and misleading information or without fully appreciating the implications of the decision they were helping to reach.

This petition should be signed only by people who voted Leave in the Referendum to allow Parliament to gauge the extent to which the result does not represent the true, informed vote of the electorate.

This does not necessarily apply to individuals required to start the petition.
