The referendum vote is void if the Union of the United Kingdom is ended.
The 1st referendum vote is not legitimate if it breaks up of the United Kingdom. This consequence was not explained to voters and so a balanced and fair referendum was not held.
The 1st referendum vote may now cause the Scots to dissolve the Union.
A second referendum is required.
