INVOKE THE ARTICLE 50 NOW. DO NOT IGNORE WHAT THE MAJORITY VOTED
Before the referendum the Prime Minister stated that if the majority vote was to leave the European Union he would invoke Article 50 - the start of the process of leaving the E.U the following morning.
This has not been invoked.
This is not acceptable.
When David Cameron delivered his resignation speech on Friday 24th June he stated that he would leave the task of triggering Article 50 of the Lisbon treaty to his successor.
This needs to be done now and not in October or later.
Stand by the original statement and invoke Article 50 NOW... Before you leave.
