Give MPs the opportunity to vote in parliament on whether to leave the EU.
U.K. communities have had the opportunity to express their views on Britains part in the EU by voting in an advisory referendum on the matter. This issue must now be debated and voted upon in parliament. A legally binding agreement on whether to invoke article 50 can then be reached.
