stop councils pandering to council tenants who abuse the system
To stop council tenants who constantly abuse the system from getting their every need pandered to. for example having free gardening when a fit healthy person lives at the property and could do the work themselves. councils and local Government need to make cuts and by not doing needless work it would free up funds and man hours for projects that benefit the whole community.
