Petition Details

Large companies impose onerous payment periods on small companies. Small companies are unable to resist because of their lack of power. This results in large companies using small companies as another source of funding.

Additional Information

Recently, to add a further level of difficulty, the large companies have created a charge mechanism for invoices paid in a lesser time. It is quite common for large companies to pay smaller companies in periods of 90 - 120 days.
