Article 50 not to be invoked until a PM receives mandate via general election.
We should have wider debate on what our new relationship with the EC should be. The referendum was not party political, we don't want our relationship to be confined to the views of the existing party in power. We should give a Prime minister a mandate after listening to their plans and principles.
