Petition Action

A second EU Referendum, to enable a fully informed decision.

Petition Details

Key claims made before the Referendum are now being proved false.

Under UK consumer legislation, citizens would have redress and a "cooling-off" period if companies had been involved in such flagrant miss-selling. The future of our country demands equivalent safeguards.

Additional Information

Significantly, "Leave" provided neither a post-Referendum plan nor a Risk assessment.
£350 million a week available for the NHS - FALSE.
Free entry to the Single Market - FALSE.
No risk of the UK breaking up - FALSE
"Taking back control" - FALSE. Impossible when much key UK infrastructure (energy, rail, etc) is foreign-owned. "Leave" made no mention of this.
