Call for 2nd referendum on Brexit allowing ALL British citizens right of vote

Petition Details

I've been living abroad for over 15 years. On that basis I, and others, have not been allowed to vote on Brexit. Might the outcome have been different?
I request the right to vote on brexit, be it second, and fair, referendum or a partial one for those of us not allowed to vote in the first one.
