Make it essential that pens are provided at all voting stations.
If it is essential to use pens on things like exams and so on therefore it should be essential to use them when voting to protect voters rights.
There has been a lot on social media about the anger people feel that they have seen ballot counters changing voters marks, so hear is a simple solution.
