Allow expatriot British Citizens to vote on international issues (eg Brexit).
British Citizens living abroad who have lost their right to vote in the UK (after 15y) should be entitled to vote on issues that directly affect them. Hundreds of thousands of British Citizens, many in other EU countries, had no say in the recent referendum, but are most directly affected.
