For a General Election to take place before October 2016
The political classes are in disarray and the Conservative government seem to want to appoint the new PM without going to the country. This seems to contradict the basic premise of a democratic system.
The referendum has caused a political crisis the like of which the UK has never seen. This calls for the need for a General Election
