Implement a system of Proportional Representation.
Basically, at the moment we have a First Past the Post system whereby the person who gets the most votes in a constituency wins the vote for the area and all the other votes get discounted resulting in a win for a particular party but what it doesn't do is account for the people who voted for others
A Proportional Representation system would see that if so and so gets 3 votes and they are the Green Party and someone else gets 7 votes and they are the Blue Party that the 3 votes for the Green Party are considered and this 30% will then be represented in parliament with the Green Party holding it's proportion of the seats instead of the Blue Party getting more seats than is proportional to it's 70% vote.
