UK needs a written constitution, a bill of rights and an elected 2nd chamber.
Post Brexit, UK residents should have greater democratic control over their lives, and more effective protection under the law. A written constitution and bill of rights would guarantee how we are governed and treated, and an elected 2nd chamber would ensure a more representative parliament.
