Make access to the EU Single Market a mandatory requirement for any Brexit deal.
Assuming most of the 48% "remain" voters would like to remain in the single market after Brexit and a high chance more than 3% of "exit" votes would like a form of access to the single market, the government should commit to such in order to help address market uncertainty and avoid over reaction.
FTSE, GBP:USD and GBP:EUR have all fell sharply since the referendum and are still falling due to the lack of solid plan on Brexit. Given Brexit is now a reality, solid commitments from the government are required in order to stabilise the market and economy.
