Hold a second referendum on leaving the EU after an exit settlement exists.
The EU referendum on the 23rd June 2016 happened without an exit settlement and so the people of the UK did not know the details of the changes that would be agreed. People have the right to make an informed decision when the consequences of change for the UK are fully known.
